Rental Agreement
DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Reservation Length: All regular prices are for the predetermined rental term at the time of reservation. All rentals over the original rental term will be charged an additional fee. Earliest deliveries start at 8am on the day of the event and can range up to the customers desired delivery time. Pickups can range up to 2 hrs after the desired pickup time. It is required to have a minimum 2 hour window so drivers can make deliveries on time, otherwise delivery and pickup times are not guaranteed. Latest pickup time is 8 pm.
Delivery: Delivery is included for all orders. Deliveries outside the normal delivery areas may incur additional fees. Delivery times will be arranged a minimum of 24hrs before the start of the event. We reserve the right to deliver equipment earlier than the scheduled time frame. The person who made the reservation or who made payment must be present during the time of delivery to sign for the rental. The customer is required to check the rented unit and all tie downs before the driver leaves.
Pickup: Pickup’s will begin from your requested time, and not before, but can range up to 2 hrs after the desired pickup time (since drivers have more than one order, they may be delayed). If you are finished using the bouncers before the pickup time, unplug the unit, do not attempt to move bouncer, and notify the driver. The driver may be able to pickup early but this is not a guarantee. If the driver is running late or if anything should happen you will be contacted immediately.
Setup: Inflatables can be setup on grass, concrete, asphalt, hardwood, sand or dirt. Cleaning fees apply for units to be setup on sand or dirt, customers must notify Party Kings during reservation. Customers must inform Party Kings of any steps present to the area of setup. There is a maximum of 10 steps allowed. If steps exceed the maximum limit there will be either a delivery or cancellation fee applied. Party Kings reserves the right to decide which fee will be charged. Hills or slight inclines in setup location should be a maximum of 5 degrees. Gates and walkways have to be a minimum of 4 ft wide.
Water Slides: Water slides require a regular garden hose (not provided) within range of the setup area. Water slides DO NOT come with mats or extra cushion to be place under the pool area. If customer wishes to place mats, its needs to be provided during delivery and before set up begins. Water should be turned off when the water slide is not in use.
SITE PREPARATION
Customer must make sure the setup site is ready, (i.e. lawns mowed, vehicles/obstacles out of the way, animal feces removed, setup location cleared) before driver is scheduled to arrive. If the site is not ready or accessible when the driver arrives, or the rented equipment can not be moved directly to site (extra handling involved) the customer may be charged an additional delivery fee. If site is not prepared driver is authorized to leave and reschedule your delivery at a later time, in which case a delivery fee may be applied.
Underground Utilities: Please be ready to inform the driver of the existence of any underground utilities (i.e phone lines, gas lines, septic systems, etc.), that may interfer with the ability to stake and/or anchor the equipment. Customer assumes responsibility for any damage to underground equipment, or landscaping resulting from equipment installation. It is request you contact DIG ALERT at 8-1-1 or 800-422-4133.
PAYMENT
Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits can range from $40 -$100.
Cash, Credit Cards,Visa, Master, Discover and American Express are all acceptable forms of payment. Customer must pay in full at the time of delivery. The credit card owner must be present, and sign for delivery.
Checks are not accepted. Cash: C.O.D is the preferred method of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If customer decides to cancel the reservation, they must do so 72 hours (3 days) prior of the event. If the customer cancels their order within 72 hours of their event date and time, a cancellation fee may be applied. If customer cannot contact a representative of Party Kings, it is the responsibility of the customer to leave a message and send an email partykingsllc@gmail.com.
Rain/Inclement Weather Policy: In the case of rain or severe weather conditions ( high winds exceeding 20 mph, lightening) during your event date, customer is allowed to cancel the same day as event. Cancellation must occur at least 4 hrs prior to delivery. If the customer cancels the order, Party Kings can not guarantee the equipment will be available for rescheduling the same day.
If customer decides to proceed with the order even though the weather forecast predicts rain, but it is not raining at the time, we will deliver the order. However, if it does start to rain during the rental time, Party Kings reserves the right to cancel the order, due to safety concerns. We also request in the event of rain, unplug the blower (before area becomes wet) and place tarp (which will be provided ) over the bouncer and the blower. We reserve the right to not issue refunds.
During rain/inclement weather it is unsafe for anyone to play inside inflatables, therefore we reserve the right to cancel orders due to inclement weather.
Liability: During the rental period the customer/ renter is liable for all equipment Party Kings leaves on the premises. If damage occurs to the previous mentioned equipment the rental agreement holder acknowledges responsibility and will be held liable for the full replacement value of the equipment. Replacement cost are due immediately. This agreement releases Party Kings from all liability during the rental period, for liability purposes the rental period begins at drop off and ends at the time of equipment pickup.
Liability for the renter can only be waived if a certified Party Kings attendant is present during the rental period. The waiver shall not cover nefarious actions by the renter or event attendees.
